Papau Agency shall not provide sex or sexual services to customer, and escort shall not provide sex or sexual services to customer. Customers shall not offer money or other consideration to Papau Agency or its escorts in exchange for sex or sexual services. If customer’s time spent with escort goes beyond the allotted time, customer agrees to pay overtime fees to Papau Agency.

No Outside Contact with Papau Agency Escorts: Customers agree that he/she will not call or otherwise contact Papau Agency escorts except as provided through Papau Agency. Customers acknowledge that Papau Agency may refuse to sell its goods and services to those customers who violate this provision.

Confidentiality: Customers agree to hold confidential and not disclose or convey any names, addresses, phone numbers, etc., or other private information, obtained through his or her relationship with Papau Agency, to any other person or entity. Customers acknowledge that confidentiality is fundamental to the professional goodwill of Papau Agency.

Entire Agreement: This disclaimer contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties concerning its subject matter and integrates and supersedes all other disclaimers of any kind concerning the subject matter of this agreement. Customers warrant that no promise or inducement has been offered except as set forth herein, and that this disclaimer is made without reliance upon any statement or representation by any person or entity, except as set forth herein.

Good Faith & Fair Dealing: All customers must be honest in fact and must act in a fair manner so that all parties may enjoy the fruits of Papau Agency.

Attorney’s Fees: In the event that either party files an action to enforce any provision of the disclaimer, the prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable costs, expenses and attorney’s fees.
